Can the app trade or withdraw my funds?
No. It only uses API keys with the “Bot reading” permission. It cannot buy, sell, close bots or withdraw funds.
Are the signals investment advice?
No. They are technical readings and data-based scenarios. The final decision and its results are each user's responsibility.
Do I need a Pionex account?
To see your bots, yes. You can also try every screen in demo mode, without an account.
Which devices does it work on?
Windows (desktop app and widget), iPhone and Android. Available in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
How does the free trial work?
For 7 days you can monitor up to 2 bots for free. When it ends, you choose the plan you prefer.
What if I'm not convinced?
You can request a full refund within 3 business days of your first direct purchase. App Store or Google Play purchases are refunded under each store's policy.
